  • The earlier the better, most clients book 4-8 weeks ahead. I recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve chosen your occasion date to avoid disappointment.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due 14 days before collection or delivery. Payment is made via secure link provided in your invoice.

  • That depends on how you plan to serve it.:

    • Coffee portions: 1” x 1” x 6” (perfect for after dessert or as a light treat).

    • Dessert portions: 1” x 2” x 6” (more generous, for cake as the main dessert).

    My cakes are extended height with four layers per tier, so even the smallest serve is satisfyingly generous. I’m happy to help guide you based on the number of serves.

  • Absolutely. Every cake is custom-designed to reflect your occasion and style. I’ll work with you to refine the look. While I won’t copy other artist’s work exactly, you’re welcome to share images for inspiration.

  • Minor changes may be possible up to 14 days before your event, depending on the nature of the change. After that, design changes can’t be guaranteed and may incur a fee.

  • Yes, delivery is available across the Penrith area. Delivery and collection times are by appointment only. Due to family commitments, pick up is preferred on Saturdays and on Sundays availability is limited to before 9am and after 11am.

  • Your 25% desposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please get in touch as early as possible. If, due to unforeseen circumstances on my end (i.e. illness of emergency), I’m unable to fulfill your order, I will refund your full payment and assist in finding a trusted alternative baker where possible.

  • All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Unfortunately, I cannot cater for allergies, however I am happy to cater for dietary preferences such as vegan.
