Each cake from The Sugar Brook is baked from scratch in my home studio and finished with Swiss meringue buttercream.

All cakes are filled and finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream, which is lighter and less sweet than traditional buttercreams, allowing the cake and filling flavours to shine.
