Each cake from The Sugar Brook is baked from scratch in my home studio and finished with Swiss meringue buttercream.

Everything is made from scratch, from the cakes to the fillings — no box mixes or canned shortcuts. Every cake is filled and finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream, which is lighter and less sweet than traditional buttercream, so the flavours of the cake and filling can really shine.

  • Classic vanilla butter cake layered with vanilla bean buttercream. Rich, buttery and full of real vanilla flavour, this timeless favourite proves that simple done well is hard to beat.

  • Lemon & blueberry butter cake layered with zesty lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. Bursting with real blueberries and fresh lemon rind, it's fresh, fruity and tastes like sunshine in cake form.

The Sugar Brook cakes are tall, 4-layer designs with generous portions; most celebration cakes start from $160, depending on your size and design.
