The Sugar Brook’s baked cheesecakes are made from scratch in my home studio using simple, high-quality ingredients and baked slowly for a rich, creamy texture.

A rustic baked cheesecake with a deeply caramelised top and rich, creamy centre. This style of cheesecake is intentionally baked at high heat to create its signature golden top and soft, custardy interior.
